Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Rocky Mountain Photo Booth ("Company"). By using our services, accessing our website at rockymountainphotobooth.com, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By booking with Rocky Mountain Photo Booth, you agree to the terms outlined in your photo booth service contract. These website terms supplement — but do not replace — the signed service agreement provided at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Reservations

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date, payable by check or credit card. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event, unless discussed in writing. Bookings made within 30 days of the event must be paid in full. All applicable sales tax (currently 8.45%) will be added to the total.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, your deposit will be fully refunded, unless the event is within 7 days. If you cancel after 48 hours but more than 7 days before the event, 20% of total payments will be refunded. If you cancel 7 days or less before the event, 100% of payments are forfeited and non-refundable.

Date change requests must be made in writing as soon as possible and are subject to availability and a new service contract.

4. Payment Terms

Payments can be made on invoice at any time prior to the event date. If the venue does not offer free parking, a parking fee may be applied to your invoice. If payment is made by check, the Company may convert it to an ACH transaction. If collection efforts are required, the Client will be responsible for any additional fees including third-party collection fees, commissions, or legal counsel.

5. Photo Use

Rocky Mountain Photo Booth may use photos and videos captured at your event for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you would like to opt out of media usage, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

  1. Rocky Mountain Photo Booth offers SMS messaging to send you links to our website upon your request and to deliver follow-up messages after using our photo booth, including links to your online photo gallery and event media.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@rockymountainphotobooth.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages only upon request or following photo booth use at your event. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Website Use

All content on rockymountainphotobooth.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Rocky Mountain Photo Booth and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

Rocky Mountain Photo Booth reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
